Questions, answered

The honest details.

  • Is the first month of Pro really free?+

Yes. On the monthly plan you get full Pro access for 30 days, cancel any time before that and pay nothing. After the first month it’s $4.99/month and you can cancel any time from your settings.

  • How much do I save with the yearly plan?+

Pro is $39.99/year, which works out to about $3.33/month — roughly 33% off the monthly price, or about 4 months free every year. You’re billed once a year and can cancel anytime from your settings.

  • Should I pick monthly or yearly Pro?+

Both unlock exactly the same features. Monthly is great to try Pro with a free first month. Yearly is the best value if you know you’ll keep practicing — it’s about 4 months free compared to paying monthly.

  • Do students need to pay anything when their teacher signs up?+

No. Every student a teacher invites gets Practis Pro free for as long as they’re part of that studio. The teacher pays once; the whole studio is covered.

  • Can I change or cancel my plan later?+

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time. Changes to paid plans take effect at the next billing cycle.

  • What if I outgrow my teacher plan?+

Switch tiers in your billing portal whenever your roster grows. We never auto-charge for surprise overages — if you’re at the cap, we tell you and let you choose.

  • How do payments work?+

All paid plans are billed through Stripe. We accept the major card networks (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). On Android the Play Store handles billing instead.

  • Do you offer refunds?+

The first month of Pro is free, which is our trial. Beyond that we don’t do partial refunds, but you can cancel any time and won’t be billed again.
